Return to Source
Our mantra “Return to Source” anchors everything we do. Returning to Source is about reconnecting with the depths of our souls and feeling at home in who we are as we navigate life's waves. It's a journey of reclaiming our full spectrum within—gentle and wild, rising and breaking—and rebirthing our unique soul design.
We are committed to creating safe, nurturing spaces where everyone can return to Source. Like water, life is fluid, ever-changing, and filled with depth. We have the choice to remain on the surface or dive deeply into our Being. Returning to Source reconnects us with the vast ocean within ourselves, reminding us that we are all part of something greater—boundless, interconnected, and whole.
What will you rediscover when you return to Source?
About our Founder

Hello! I'm Tracy. I believe restoring our connection to ourselves is essential for living fully and freely.
As the founder of House of Water Yoga & Well-being, I’m passionate about co-creating spaces that invite deep rest, spacious awareness, and soul remembrance. My hope is to support others to reconnect with their inner selves and honor their unique soul journeys, so they can move through life feeling both anchored and free.
My teaching style is post-lineage, creative, and intuitive, drawing from various traditions, philosophies, practices, and science-based techniques and integrating them in a way that feels relevant, accessible, and authentic. I find joy in offering immersive, heart-centered experiences that welcome everyone as they are, supporting them on their path of self-remembrance, reclamation, and rebirth.

My journey into yoga and holistic well-being started during what I lovingly call my quarter-life crisis. In my twenties, I poured myself into work, prioritizing productivity over rest and self-care. Eventually, it left me feeling drained and disconnected from both my body and my true self. For years, I ignored all the signs to slow down and do less, until my body finally made me hit pause. Taking time off to focus on my well-being became a turning point. During that time, I rediscovered yoga and started exploring somatic and holistic practices. This path eventually led me to teach vinyasa and restorative yoga, breathwork, and meditation for several years. Looking back, I see that time as a portal that guided me back to my Source. House of Water Yoga & Well-being was born from that journey and my devotion to "share it forward."
I feel fortunate to study with inspiring teachers and mentors. I'm a Yoga Alliance Certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (Registry ID 361091) and hold certifications as a Yoga Breath Coach® and Science of Stretching® Coach. I continue to deepen my practice through ongoing training, including a 300-hour certification and 108-hour restorative yoga certification.
