Welcome renewal

When was the last time you truly felt rested? In this immersive experience, we'll press pause on grind culture and sink into deep relaxation. Through a blend of calming breathwork, Yoga Nidra ("yogic sleep"), and a soothing sound bath, we'll create a supportive space where the power of deep rest and internal stillness will nourish you from the inside out. You’ll also receive a digital guide to help you create your own rest ritual—small, meaningful moments that bring rhythm and grounding to your day, and help you reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Honor the power of life's liminal moments

Life is filled with thresholds and transitions—the spaces where things shift and change. To move through these shifts with more clarity and ease, it's important to feel both grounded and flexible—like being anchored with enough slack in the line to flow with life's tides. In this immersion, you'll be guided through breathwork, mindful and slow movements, and meditation that support you to find that balance. You'll tune into the subtle shifts within, tap into your inner wisdom, and build trust in yourself to navigate life's transitions with clarity and confidence.

The longest and most intimate relationship we have is with ourselves. How we approach this relationship can either lead us to expand or contract in life. True expansion doesn’t always come from striving; often, the most profound transformations arise when we rest in our own authenticity, remember our inherent wholeness, and honor our journey in both being and becoming. This immersion is a dedicated space where every aspect of you is welcome—a space to connect with, hold, and befriend all parts of yourself. Through restorative poses, somatic practices, and meditation, you’re invited to journey toward embodied presence. Together, we’ll honor and embrace each unique aspect of ourselves, remembering our natural wholeness to live more freely, in dignity, and with greater ease.

Be Held

Soften into support

When we feel a sense of support in our lives, life feels different. Our bodies soften. Our minds and hearts open. Our lives feel more spacious. But many of us can find it hard to let in support because we're used to holding on tight and carrying the load ourselves. It's hard to trust that something steady will catch us if we loosen our grip on life, so we stick with what's familiar—even if it leaves us feeling tired and tense. This immersion is an invitation to "do less" and welcome in support. You'll be guided through soothing breath practices and long-held, supported postures, creating space for you to release and receive. It's a chance to unwind, be held, and experience the deep nourishment that's available around and within you.

Sovereign Self

Slow Flow Yoga + Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra

Live in your truth

To be sovereign in ourselves means making choices from our inner freedom. It's about feeling at home in who we are and connected to our inner knowing. Life can sometimes pull us away from this sacred connection, often leaving us feeling separate from ourselves and one another. This two-part immersion series is a journey of self-remembrance, designed to support you to restore that sacred connection. Through slow movements, restorative poses, and Yoga Nidra techniques, you'll be guided to journey within, reclaim, and rebirth the version of you that feels most true and free. This practice invites you to embrace the beauty of your unique soul design and grant yourself the freedom to navigate between who you are now and who you are becoming. Together, we'll deepen our devotion to live from our inner truth and create space and safety for others to do the same.

Seasons of Being

Breath + Slow Flow Yoga + Meditation

Live in sync with the wisdom of the seasons

In this four-part series, you'll explore how the cycles of nature influence your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies and overall well-being. Each immersion session focuses on one season—Winter (nourish + tend), Spring (rekindle + blossom), Summer (radiate + thrive), and Fall (release + gather)—and is designed to support you to attune to and align with the qualities of each season. Through nature-inspired breath practices, slow flow yoga, and meditation, you'll be guided to check-in with yourself, reflect on life, and invite meaningful shifts to live in harmony with nature's wisdom. We encourage scheduling these sessions on or near the corresponding solstice or equinox to support your transition between the seasons and connection to the unique energy each offers.

Our bodies are living reflections of the five elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. By tuning into these elements, we can better understand our natural rhythms and where we might be out of balance. In this immersive five-part series, each session focuses on one element, inviting you to explore its influence in your life. Through breath practices, slow flow yoga, meditation, and soundscapes, you'll be guided to reconnect with your elemental nature and intuition, bringing more harmony to your inner world and how you move through life.

Restorative Yoga

Choose from various styles tailored to your preferences: traditional restorative yoga, which focuses on long-held, fully supported poses using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, or restorative sonic massage yoga, which blends deeply relaxing restorative poses with soothing soundscapes to rejuvenate your body's energy and promote profound renewal.

Choose from different styles based on your needs: gentle movements to promote ease and awareness, deep stretches to enhance flexibility and create space in your body, functional movements that mirror daily activities to improve mobility, or somatic movement that invites you to focus on how your body feels from the inside out, fostering embodied presence without striving for a specific pose. Each option offers a unique approach to support your well-being.

Practice Metta, sending loving-kindness to yourself and others to soften and open your heart.
